Brunch at @wulffogkonstali is always a fantastic idea 😍💥🍳🥞🥑☕️🍊
One of the undisputed brunch kings in the Copenhagen’s food scene, they always deliver mind-blowing treats that will satisfy even the most demanding, picky and annoying brunch eater (a.k.a. me 🙋🏽♂️).
The menu format is simple: 5 items for 129 DKK and 7 for 159 DKK, to choose from a wide range of 22 delicacies divided into 6 categories: bakery, eggs, fruits and greens, dairy, meat and fish; and sweets.
What I chose was 2 organic fried eggs, avocado with sesame seeds and sea salt, green summer salad with pine nuts and lemon/agave syrup vinaigrette, brie with baked plums and beer syrup and their classic and always crunchy and indulgent vanilla waffle, now seasonally served with a berry cream and powdered sugar.
No more words needed, right?
What I like the most about Wulff & Konstali is that they are always innovating and reinventing their brunch menu, working with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and trying to be as organic as possible.
This location in particular is one of my favorite hangouts ever in the spring and summer time.
They have a very big and spacious outdoor seating that invites you to relax while eating amazing food and enjoying the sun.
Keep it up guys, you are the best ❤️
If I can suggest something it would be to improve their coffee game, specially the cappuccinos and lattes, such a crucial element when it comes to brunching.
Tak for mad 🙋🏽♂️
Graphic designer @kasperledet explains the concept behind the design for our new sub brand To Øl CPH: I wanted to make a very basic almost industrial looking logo and grid to organize the images and text. The canned beers in the To Øl CPH line will be decorated with photos shot in Copenhagen. The images features architecture and places that is not necessarily found in the usual tourist guides. Some photos are distorted while others are shot at the brink of dusk. The idea is not to create an authoritative portrayal of Copenhagen but to form an abstract personal narrative that can keep on evolving as more beers are produced.
