For those who have a sweet tooth! Fully raw Cacao smoothie
For the smoothie
1 Cup plant milk
1 tbsp plant yogurt
1 tbsp raw Cacao ( not cocoa)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
Topped off with
Shelled hemp seeds
raw cacao crunches ( currently half price in main supermarkets) and plant yogurt.
If you don’t have a sweet tooth you may omit the maple syrup!
Part of this mini vacation was to check in with myself and make sure I start paying attention to the stress my body is actually under. Deployment isn’t easy and I know my mental toughness can sometimes block out stress that needs to be addressed. Feeling rejuvenated and thankful for this short time with my hubby. Now to enjoy my last day 🌞✌🏼🌴
