Every single morning I start my day with #kombucha , it makes me feel better about the unhealthy food I eat daily ! I’ve tried so many different brands and every so often I stumble across a gem @jivakombucha Watermelon and mint flavour is definitely one of them 👌
I want to scream when I listen to people talk about a desire to loose weight or change their lifestyle, and as the conversation goes on about changes in their eating habit you hear they’re skipping meals!!!
I feel like Michael Scott in The Office screaming Nooooo! When he finds out Toby has returned to Dunder Mifflin. 🤣 Skipping a meal is the worst thing you could do to your body. If anything you should be eating more! Eating more healthy foods and feeding that body the right things. I think if you know me personally I am eating all.the.freakin.time.
When I’m on my A game I probably eat 6 X a day. That’s 3 meals and 3 snacks. If you don’t feed your body, the body begins to tell us it needs to store up fat for energy for the body to function so you’re not gonna shed the fat. Don’t get me wrong guys I’ve been duped before by false diets and beliefs. It matters what you put in. I’m working on it too because y’all know I love to eat but you won’t find me missing a meal.
Here’s my typical lunch, which kind of looks like a snack because I eat an amazing breakfast, have a healthy snack after (2-3hrs later), and then a light lunch, then another snack. By the time dinner rolls around I’m not stuffing my face. I’m eating a healthy light meal or a protein shake. .

Утром проснулась,хотела попить и пролила полу на постель🤣🤣🤣Поэтому пришлось быстро встать ,но такие мелочи не портят мне настроение🙂
Я уже хочу быстрее экзамены,а то получается,что бессмысленно просиживаем пол дня в школе😕
